Compensation range for this role is : $60-65k

As the Operations Analyst, you will track trends, consolidate data, and update senior leadership on recommended improvements. What your day-to-day will look like:

• Support the carrier recruitment team with back-end process facilitation associated to carrier onboarding.


• Distribute onboarding checklist internally and externally relating to onboarding progress for carriers.


• Maintain and update project plans specific to carrier recruiting for new business startups.


• Handle 80-90% of carrier and/or driver/helper submittals into RXO’s carrier onboarding system for respective recruiting region/project.


• Attend weekly conference calls with carrier recruiting team reviewing recruitment progression within critical markets.


• Travel to markets alongside carrier recruitment team as needed to support with new business startups and/or carrier recruitment events.


• Meet as needed with external stakeholders to support carrier onboarding process for any given carrier (insurance brokers, carrier owners, etc..).


• Work closely with RXO’s carrier compliance team to mitigate and resolve any issues with a carrier’s onboarding requirements.

What you’ll need to excel:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience


• 1 year of experience in transportation or logistics

It’d be great if you also have:

• Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills


• Excellent documentation and control capabilities, driven by a desire for continuous process improvement and successful project completion.


• Strong attention to detail and the ability to complete work with a high degree of accuracy.


• Solid organizational and analytical capabilities
