About the Position:
The HVAC Residential Territory Manager is responsible for managing and expanding sales within a designated residential territory. This role involves developing and maintaining relationships with residential customers, HVAC contractors, and distributors to achieve sales targets and promote the company's products and services.
Essential Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the residential market.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Build and maintain relationships with key customers, HVAC contractors, and distributors.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of HVAC systems.
Provide excellent customer service and support to residential clients.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and effective manner.
Work closely with customers to understand their HVAC needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Effectively manage and prioritize activities within the assigned territory.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to stay informed about industry developments.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the residential HVAC market in the territory.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, technical support, and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Provide feedback to the company on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Conduct training sessions for HVAC contractors and distributors on the company's products and services.
Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and best practices to effectively communicate relevant information to customers.
Any other duties as required.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
The HVAC Assistant Branch Manager directly supervises branch staff, including sales, service and warehouse staff.
