Job Description:
Partnership Tax Senior or Light Manager - Large, Multinational Company
- Preparation and review of complex partnership returns and workpapers
- Coordination and process management with outside accounting firm on co-sourcing arrangement
- Working with complex special allocations of income and deductions
- Working with complex partnership structures
- Supporting all partnership planning efforts, federal and state audits, related federal and state global adjustments
