Senior Accountant (Audit/Tax work)

Temp to Perm

Interview Process: 2 phone interviews.

Hours: 40

Job Location: Needham. Starts with someone going for some training but will be able to work remotely after getting settled.

Must Haves:

• Tax experience
• Working with small business clients as consultant for tax, financial statement and audit work

Preferred:

• CPA is highly preferred
• Turbo Tax

Client JD:

• Audit prep using CCH Engagement
• Compilations
• Compliance
• Act as a liason for small business clients
• Prepare tax statements for clients
• Working in the office with Pro Series or Turbo Tax

Qualifications:

• Able to commit through the rest of tax season
• Able to work with little supervision
• Experience with Pro Series or Turbo Tax is a bonus.
• Ok with working in a small privately owned PC firm.
• Need to be able to go into the office at least until candidate is full trained in firm policies.
• CPA is highly preferred.
