Job Description: We are currently seeking an organized and responsible individual to join our team as a Part-Time Office Assistant. This in-office position requires 15 to 20 hours per week and involves various administrative tasks necessary for the smooth operation of our office.

Responsibilities:
  • Process incoming mail: open, scan, and file mail; assign tasks and activities based on mail content.
  • Digitally file paperwork and maintain electronic records with accuracy.
  • Physically file hard copies of paperwork in an organized manner.
  • Download documents and file them appropriately.
  • Update the customer relationship management (CRM) system as directed by team members.
  • Assist with outgoing mail.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is helpful.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Responsible and reliable with a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
