We are a boutique commercial real estate brokerage firm with over 75 years of brokerage experience in Houston. We specialize in Industrial, Land, Office and Investment property transactions.

Job Summary

The Administrative Assistant will provide support to the team on a day-to-day basis to ensure smooth operation of the office. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is an on-site, full-time role located in Bellaire, TX.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support such as answering phones, handling mail and email leads, and ordering office supplies.
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences and conference calls and prepare meeting room accordingly.
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems for documents and transactions.
  • Assist brokers in the preparation of lease agreements and contracts.
  • Assist brokers with market research.
  • Communicate with title companies and parties involved in transaction.
  • Ensure listings are up to date on all platforms.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organization skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Knowledge of commercial real estate terminology and processes is a plus.
