My team and I are working on a 6+ month consulting engagement opportunity for a Process Improvement/Re-Engineering Analyst based in San Ramon, California. The successful candidate will be joining our team to document and improve our procedures and training programs, with an emphasis on the use of SAP S/4HANA software in the accounting sector.
Key responsibilities: • Document and improve existing processes within the Controllership team • Design and deliver training programs to enhance the team's understanding and use of SAP • Collaborate with the team to identify areas of inefficiency and develop solutions to streamline processes • Utilize Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) techniques to re-design workflows and processes • Assist in the implementation of new software and processes, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption • Address team queries and issues related to processes and software, providing clear and concise instructions • Conduct regular reviews of processes and training programs, making adjustments as necessary to maintain efficiency and effectiveness • Work closely with the team to understand their needs and challenges, using this information to inform process and training improvements • Stay updated on the latest developments in SAP S/4HANA and other relevant software, incorporating new features and functionalities into processes and training programs as appropriate. • A minimum of 10 years of experience in a related field. • Proven experience in Business Process Re-engineering (BPR). • Strong knowledge and experience in process documentation. • Experience in conducting and organizing employee training. • Proficiency in using SAP S/4HANA. • Proven experience in software implementations. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field preferred. • Certification in Process Improvement or Business Process Re-engineering is a plus.
