Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Microsoft Dynamics Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Microsoft Dynamics Developer, you will be responsible for customizing, configuring, and implementing solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics platform to meet the specific needs of our organization and clients. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, project managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that drive business success.

Responsibilities:
  1. Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics solutions to meet business requirements.
  2. Develop, test, and deploy customizations, extensions, and integrations within the Microsoft Dynamics platform.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.
  4. Design and implement data migration strategies to transfer data from legacy systems to Microsoft Dynamics.
  5. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, configuration guides, and user manuals.
  6. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users and project teams.
  7. Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft Dynamics technologies, features, and best practices.
  8. Participate in code reviews, performance optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  9. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, quality assurance testers, and system administrators, to ensure successful project delivery.
  10. Contribute to the development and enhancement of internal development standards, processes, and methodologies.

Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  2. Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics Developer, with expertise in customizing and configuring Dynamics CRM or Dynamics 365.
  3. Strong proficiency in programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, HTML, and SQL.
  4. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics development tools, including Visual Studio, Dynamics 365 SDK, and Power Platform.
  5. Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics architecture, data model, and security model.
  6. Experience with data migration and integration tools, such as KingswaySoft or Scribe.
  7. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  9. Microsoft Dynamics certifications (e.g., MB-200, MB-400) are a plus.
  10. Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices is desirable.
