Project Manager & Superintendent - Las Vegas, Nevada - Base Salary: $100K - $180K

Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or related field preferred.
5-10 years of construction industry experience managing projects from start-up to completion.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to build relationships with team members, industry partners, and clients.
Ability to efficiently manage time, workload, prioritize and maintain a sense of urgency.
Ability to handle sensitive, confidential matters.
High attention to detail.
Strong negotiation skills with industry partners and clients.
