We are recruiting for a Senior Project Manager for Industrial projects. This is a role for a Senior Project Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our upcoming projects valued at $100M+
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all aspects of the construction project, from initial planning and budgeting to scheduling and execution
Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget
Monitor and enforce all safety regulations and quality standards on the job site
Communicate regularly with project team members and provide updates to upper management
Handle any issues or obstacles that may arise during the construction process and find solutions to keep the project on track
This is an on-site position
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
At least 10 years of experience managing construction projects, preferably in warehouse and distribution construction
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
Knowledge of construction software and tools
