Job Summary
The Regional Project Manager will spearhead a major Software Roll-Out within the America Region as part of a Program Plan. This strategic role is critical in integrating a global solution tailored to the specific business requirements and operational landscape of Munters America, while upholding a consistent global standard.
Essential Functions And Responsibilities
Project Leadership and Execution: Lead the Americas Roll-out Project through all phases: Assessment, Design, and Implementation.
Manage an Americas Assessment to validate the global solution against local business needs, identifying and documenting any discrepancies.
Collaborate with the Process Excellence Network to design and establish solutions for identified gaps.
Direct preparatory activities for the Americas Roll-out including data cleansing, change management, migration, training, and cutover.
Oversee the regional roll-out and implementation across all business areas, functions, and sites.
Project Management:
Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan covering all project phases. Estimate task durations and resource requirements accurately.
Identify and allocate internal and external resources effectively.
Monitor task performance and manage project timelines to ensure timely deliverables.
Manage risks, anticipate potential issues, and adjust plans as needed to mitigate impact on the project budget and timeline.
Communication and Reporting:
Lead project and steering committee (SteerCo) meetings.
Compile and distribute meeting minutes and project updates.
Prepare detailed project activity reports regularly to keep stakeholders informed.
Qualifications:
Extensive experience in senior project management, preferably in a global enterprise setting. Proven ability to manage Large-scale roll-outs and implementations.
Strong Leadership skills with a track record of managing multidisciplinary teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively across different time zones and cultures.
Travel Requirements: Ability to travel both internationally and domestically approximately 35% of the time, including to locations such as the US, Mexico, and Brazil.
