The particulars:
Be the client facing leader for questions, complaints and other client communications.
Field Management, MCA, Union, Payroll and Technician questions regarding the CBA
Bid service contracts for large and/or multistate client accounts
Lead and support, service coordinator, dispatchers, parts coordinators and technicians
Quote new contracts, PMs, repairs and small jobs
Ensure quality of workmanship and client satisfaction
Responsible for tool purchase approval.
Work order completeness and accuracy
Work with Union Leadership to Recruit, hire, layoff and terminate service technicians
Work with Safety Director to ensure the department is working for zero missed days and accident free.
Onboard and train new service technician hires
Requirements and Qualifications
Senior level technical and leadership within the service industry.
Senior level field experience
Union experience preferred but not required
Base starts at 150K plus bonus and pension plus other perks.
