Position Description:
Healthcare Account Manager who can deliver qualified hiring solutions in the healthcare industry. Drive & execute revenue and team goals through effective management of account/pursuit plans, business development, internal collaboration strategies & account plan execution
Experience working with as a point of contact for MSP / Hospitals / Healthcare Facilities.
Pre-Screen and review resumes and applications based on job requirements.
Conduct full-cycle recruitment and facilitate the hiring process
Develop and maintain relationships with active clients, candidates, and referral sources
Knowledgeable in healthcare pre-employment compliance, credentialing, Medical licenses
Proven success in healthcare recruiting - Clinical & Allied including but not limited to APRN, RN, LPN/LVN, Director level, OT/PT, SLP, Techs, Medical Lab & Diagnostic Imaging professionals.
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract, screen, and hire quality healthcare professional
Highly experienced in Training & Development, Process Improvement, Strategic Recruitment Planning and People Management.
Work with recruiting teams to ensure submission/onboarding targets are filled timely.
Maintain, manage, and submit weekly activity reports per client.
Manage onboarding team for maintaining and supporting candidate credentialing and referencing process.
Minimum Requirements:
Undergraduate degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Management, Communications, Public Relations, Healthcare Administration or Licensed RN
Excellent Written and verbal communication skills
Strong Analytical skills
Results driven, sense of urgency, and high standard of professionalism.
