Our client has an immediate need for a Customer Service Representative. This position is responsible for providing top notch service to clients and facilitating their needs.
Build relationships with customers and members over the phone
Answer account questions, resolve online problems, provide account information
Generate client letters
Submit requests to vendors on behalf of customers
Track account changes and transfers
Enter customer information into CRM database
Maintain customer information database for accuracy and timeliness
Respond to customer inquiries in accordance with company standards
Make changes and additions to customer accounts including mailing address and contact information
Correspond with customer via phone and email to verify orders and account information
Qualifications:
2 years previous customer service
Good Microsoft Office Computer skills and knowledge
Strong data entry and typing skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong customer service skills and follow up skills
