Networth Advisors in Canonsburg, PA is seeking a full-time Office Administrator. Candidate must exhibit exceptional time management skills, attention to detail, accept direction, be customer service oriented, and be skilled with technology. Position Overview:

The primary responsibility of this position is to provide support for the Chief Advisor by organizing and ensuring smooth operations within the office. Always putting the client first, this position will be heavily dependent upon a positive attitude, solid work ethic, and desire to go above and beyond. Other responsibilities include the development of positive client relationships and compliance support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • incoming client calls in a friendly manner
  • the 1st point of contact for prospective leads and existing clients
  • and improving client relationships
  • office filing system; both paper and electronic
  • Advisors calendar, keep Advisor organized, and prep for all client meetings
  • appointments with prospects, clients, and assist advisors with calendar management
  • CRM updated with client interaction
  • independently and proactively to meet personal business goals
  • weekly and monthly progress, including number of calls made, appointments set, and appointments kept with Chief Advisor

Salary:
  • $40,000 - $50,000

  • Monday - Thursday: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
  • Friday: 8:30 am - 2:00 pm
