1. Answer incoming calls and transfer to proper person or department.
2. Greet visitors and provide sign-in sheet and badges and other forms such as non-disclosure agreement, health screening questionnaire, etc... as necessary.
3. Administer health screening/testing as necessary.
4. Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail.
5. Assist with dissemination of company policies, as needed.
6. Maintain filing.
7. Assist with event planning.
8. Schedule meeting rooms for interviews.
9. Assist with employee orientations, as needed.
10. Operate security systems to include assignment of badges and preparing reports, as needed.
11. Assist with expense reports.
12. Manage office and kitchen supplies.
13. Assist with communications with head office, e.g. gather signatures, scan and send documents, etc.
14. Assist Facilities by scheduling and receiving deliveries, coordinating tradesman visits, reporting equipment problems, etc.
15. Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION & TRAINING • High school diploma or GED.
EXPERIENCE • Minimum 1 year experience in a professional setting preferred. • Video-conferencing scheduling experience preferred.
SKILLS • Ability to communicate and present in a professional manner, both on the telephone and with clients and vendors. • Proficient in alpha/numeric filing. • Experience with MS Office preferred • Ability to operate a fax machine and copier machine. • Must follow company policies and procedures and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times. • Must be able to work with various levels of management and staff.
