Role Description
This is a Full-time General Manager position located on-site in Rockford, IL. The General Manager will oversee and operate daily activities and coordination of staff to include drivers, cleaners, technicians and customer support.
Qualifications
Experience in the transportation industry, preferably in motorcoach charter
Management skills and experience overseeing the work of teams and staff
Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in budgeting, financial strategy, and performance metrics
Knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance standards
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation, or a related field preferred
