Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies aligned with company objectives and market dynamics.
Lead supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management processes to secure favorable terms and conditions.
Drive cost reduction initiatives while maintaining product quality and delivery standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Identify and qualify new suppliers to expand our supplier base and mitigate supply chain vulnerabilities.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supplier performance and drive accountability.
Foster collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers to drive innovation and value creation.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize sourcing processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, specifically in the aerospace / aerospace manufacturing industry.
Proven track record of successfully leading strategic sourcing initiatives and delivering cost savings.
Strong negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and multitask effectively.
