Hays Facilities Management are partnered with a leading FM Services provider in the NYC metro area to hire a Facilities Shift Manager (Overnight).
Your new role
The job duties for the Facilities Shift Manager include the following:
- Oversight of large NYC client
- Support and manage a team of Union and Non-Union staff
- Manage MEP activities on behalf of the end client
- Handle client inquires/issues and provide resolution
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Strong understanding of HVAC, MEP, CMMS
- Manage team and oversee work schedules and allocation
- Good customer-centric approach to handle customer matters
- ***Ability to work overnight shift from Mon-Fri***
What you'll get in return
Base range between $120-135K, plus benefits and PTO
