Role & Responsibility:
Tasks That Will Lead To Your Success
Greeting visitors, ensuring all employees sign in and out, as well as escorting visitors to their host
Answering phone calls, responding to voicemails, and directing calls to the correct place
Sorting, sending, delivering packages internally, and general mail duties
Coordinating and organizing events such as employee luncheons and community events/donations
Scheduling appointments as needed for the building such as calling for repairs
Ordering office supplies including coffee and report delivery issues should they occur
General data entry
Additional administrative/office duties as assigned

Qualifications That Will Help You Thrive
Ability to work independently and self-start
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, for successful interaction with internal team, customers/visitors, and others
Proficient with typical office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines
Ability to effectively multitask and juggle numerous projects/duties/deadlines simultaneously
1+ year of experience working in a related administrative capacity in a busy office environment
Job Specs:
Fully on-site in Getzville, NY
Contract position 1 week - 3 months in duration
Monday - Friday schedule with flexible hours; ideally 9:00am - 1:00pm, 10:00am - 2:00pm, or 11:00am-3:00pm
