Come explore the Power of Possibility with a career at SPS! We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Office Services Supervisor to grow with our team in Boston MA! This position is overseeing HOSPITALITY, PRINT, MAIL, RECEPTION and CONFERENCE ROOM MANAGEMENT. This full-time position is ideal for someone with 3+ years of relevant experience developing strong client relationships and lead a small but focused team. We are a cross functional team looking for someone eager to make a lasting contribution!

Schedule: Typically Monday - Friday, 8AM-5PM

What you will be doing:

  • Overseeing service delivery and providing leadership to associates.
  • Creating a memorable hospitality experience to all visitors
  • General office services upkeep and maintenance
  • Working with local caterers for meetings and events on premise
  • Operating binding equipment and performing finishing requests (cutting, binding, padding, etc.)
  • Processing printing requests (both hard copy and electronic), locating printing orders, and preparing orders for shipping
  • Manage all office services and facilities services, including sending and receiving mail/packages, maintaining Business Service Center, creating work orders to initiate maintenance requests, ensuring conference rooms are clean and orderly, and coordinating support for cleaning services.
  • Oversees and provides support for, but not limited to, local administrative and office services and customer services.

What we need from you:

  • 3+ year experience working in office services or similar hospitality field
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience.
  • A positive and professional attitude with a willingness to go above and beyond for our customers.
  • Ability to handle physical duties (carrying and/or moving 50lbs) associated with the job - lifting, bending, etc.
  • To be able to work both independently and in a team setting successfully.
  • The capability to use/learn technology such as: handheld scanners, Adobe/Word, email, professional messaging (Teams, Slack, Google).
  • An ability to be bright, articulate, and neat in appearance.

*With $1000 hiring bonus! This bonus is expected to be paid in two payments, 50% within the first 30 days and the other 50% after 90 days with successful employment. This bonus is taxable, and all regular payroll taxes will be withheld. In the event that your employment with the company terminates within 90 days of hire, you will no longer be eligible for this bonus.
