Flybridge Staffing is currently searching for a Systems Administrator for a client in the Northern Palm Beach area. This is a direct-hire position that works off a hybrid schedule. The System Administrator will build, deploy, configure, and troubleshoot Windows server, VMware, vSphere, and vCenter environments.
Experience/Responsibilities:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or another related field.
Expertise in Windows operating systems, including setting up, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows Servers and applications. (Windows, VMware, VCenter, vSphere, ESXi)
Experience managing Business Continuity\Disaster Recovery\Backup solutions.
Develop and maintain all systems, applications, security, and network configurations.
Recommends upgrades, patches, and new applications/equipment.
Experience with storage systems (iSCSI/Fiber Channel)
Responsible for analyzing hardware and software in a distributed networking environment utilizing network management and monitoring software and systems.
Provide support as necessary to all user desktop environments including VDI VMs. *VMware Horizon preferred.
Experience with data center hardware.
Advanced TCP/IP knowledge - routing/subnetting/dns/dhcp & and troubleshooting network issues.
Windows Desktop Support and applications deployment\troubleshooting
Linux experience is a big plus (Ubuntu, RHEL/CentOS)
