The Role at a glance:

We are looking to add a friendly, enthusiastic Gift Shop - Retail Lead to our team at the Minnesota Children's Museum! This role is primarily responsible for the cleaning, stocking and maintaining of the store as well as assisting customers.

What you'll be doing:

  • Filling orders, receiving money, accurately counting back change and maintaining a clean and organized workstation.
  • Customer service.
  • This list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time.

What we're looking for:

  • Retail/customer service experience is a plus!
  • Basic knowledge of math and handling money.
  • Have the ability to handle multiple tasks using time and task management skills.
  • Have excellent communication and organization skills.
  • Have excellent attention to details and service knowledge.
  • Friday & Weekend availability.
  • Prior experience providing superior customer service.
