Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant at AM Accounting and Tax Services LLC located in Milwaukee, WI (up to 30 hours per week). The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks such as organizing files, document management, scheduling appointments, managing communication with our clients, and providing general support to the office. In addition there will be data entry and bookkeeping tasks.
Qualifications
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in office software (such as Microsoft Office Suite)
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
Excellent customer service skills as you will be working directly with our clients.
We do require a vehicle as there are some deliveries to clients offices, post office drop off/and pick up/ and other errands that may need to be completed. We do pay for parking.
