What You'll Do: As our Corporate Tax Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing and maintaining corporate tax compliance. Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing all ASC740 tax provisions and handling deferred tax, tax footnote, and tax disclosure work at year-end.
Collaborating closely with external auditors to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Assisting in the development of internal controls and conducting FIN 48 analysis and documentation.
Calculating and paying federal, state, and capital taxes, and creating and monitoring the tax filing calendar.
Preparing federal and state extensions, researching new tax regulations, and creating models to drive tax improvement.
What You Bring: We're seeking a qualified candidate with:
A minimum of 5+ years of corporate tax experience, with a strong understanding of large company tax requirements.
CPA and/or MST certification required, demonstrating your expertise in tax management.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex tax regulations and requirements.
