Understand how an operating room works to minimize disruption of the workflow
Provide navigation setup and support services to OR personnel during surgery in order to increase IGS (Image Guided Surgery) efficiency and usage
Troubleshoot and provide technical support to OR personnel
Act as onsite customer liaison, communicate with customer, assess satisfaction and usage levels, and work to increase revenue
Average Workday:
Coordinate daily caseload upon arrival at the facility to ensure proper coverage
Set up IGS equipment prior to surgery
Register patient using IGS equipment
Troubleshoot IGS equipment during surgery
Breakdown IGS equipment after surgery
Upload records of each case and any changes to daily caseload before leaving the facility
Medium duty work: Ability to move equipment around the facility
Job Requirements:
B.A. or B.S. degree
Medical field experience preferred
IT systems experience preferred
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
Must be comfortable in surgery/operating room environments
Strong public speaking and communication skills are required
Enjoy interacting and participating in a team environment, can work autonomously
Must be able to work on weekends and after office hours
Basic understanding of Human Anatomy will be a plus point.
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds on a regular basis
This role requires access to hospitals. Therefore you must maintain credentials at all required hospitals at all times. A complete vaccination record is required as an essential job function, including the COVID-19 vaccine.
Travel/Location:
Local travel, all facilities are located near Fresno.
Benefits:
Annual base pay plus commission earnings $42,000 - $100,000
