The Education Program Manager ensures compliance with current guidelines of the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) and applicable specialty boards. This position coordinates the day-to-day operations of the residency and/or fellowship program for residents and fellows under the guidance of the Program Director and ensures planning activities, assessments, data analysis, and reports are completed efficiently and in a timely manner. This position maintains critical files and information.
Extends mastery of job knowledge to the principles, theories, and practices of related specialties. Works independently on highly complex or strategic assignments. Oversees leadership of teams and projects that involve extensive cooperation and coordination between multiple departments across the University or with external customers. Directs and supervise lower-level staff.
