Your Next Career Opportunity – Project Construction Director
Oversee the activity associated with projects within the Region. Interface with clients and management on a daily basis as to the status of these projects. Ensure workflow is being achieved and milestones are being reached in a timely fashion. Provide management direction, supervision and leadership for the Construction Services Team. Insure the successful completion of all project deliverables, and contract compliance. Initiates sales calls/presentations with potential customers to achieve business development goals and objectives in specified territory.
What You Will Do – Primary Responsibilities
Coordinate internal resources, including sales, SBA staff.
May assist in the generation of general sales strategies to be implemented both internally and externally.
Attend both internal and external meetings to discuss the progress of projects.
Establish and maintain relationship with customers and potential customers. Ensure customers are satisfied with day-to-day operations. Communicate and assist with the resolution of customer issues as required.
Conduct sales calls /assist in preparation of presentations to communicate company capabilities and expertise.
Ability to interact with clients, consultants, property owners and manage a staff.
Support Construction Services Teams in establishing, managing and controlling the budget for individual projects.
Assist Construction GM with gathering monthly, quarterly and annual revenue/profit forecasts.
Ability to read, interpret and provide information.
Other projects and duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need – Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in related field of study or H.S. Diploma/GED and equivalent work experience;
and 5-10 years technical experience, in wireless telecommunications preferred.

and 3-5 years management experience with financial knowledge and accountability.
Demonstrated knowledge and advanced proficiency working with Microsoft Office Suite software including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook.
