Schneider Electric USA, Inc. seeks an OEM Business Development Specialist in San Antonio, TX.

Job Description: Manage existing assigned accounts and develop new accounts with the focus of selling and supporting new and existing applications that involve one or any combination of the following: Programmable Logic Controllers, Human Machine Interfaces, Variable Frequency Drives, Motion Control, Safety Systems, Sensors, and other related Industrial controls products. Some Customers can be machine builders (Packaging, Material Handling Crane, Process Control, Pump & Compressor), Control Panel Builders, and Process System. The territory spans over the southern portion of Texas and includes major metropolitan areas like San Antonio, Austin, Corpus Cristi and their surrounding areas. 30% domestic travel required to visit client sites for business development. Eligible for remote work up to 4 days per week.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in, Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field. 5 years of progressive, post-bachelor's related experience in Industrial Automation and Control Sales, Business Development, Field Sales Distributor Engineer, or related occupation, which must include at least some experience in the following skills: Selling and supporting Programmable Logic Controllers, Human Machine Interfaces, Variable Frequency Drives; Selling and supporting Motion Control products (Servos/Stepper Motors, Drives, Controllers); Selling and supporting Industrial Components (Sensors, Motor Control, Safety Systems); and Managing clients of automation and control systems, and articulating solutions utilizing automation and control products and solutions.
