RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce's client, a well-established and progressive CPA firm, is seeking to add a Audit Senior in their beautiful suburban Connecticut office.

Summary:
In this role, the Audit Senior will be responsible for participating in compliance, financial, and operational auditing. The Audit Senior will perform complex audits including, but not limited to lease testing, payroll testing, cash disbursement testing, auditing accounts payable, and performing searches for unrecorded liabilities. REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting


• 3+ years of prior public audit experience


• Superior communication skills a must


• Must have a car and valid drivers license


• Not for profit client experience is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
