About the job



The role will serve as the primary legal assistant for the Miami office of a national law firm. The position focuses heavily on scheduling hearings, depositions and mediations including coordinating with clients. Responsibilities include:

• Case management involving maintaining document control, calendaring docket deadlines, and filing.


• Focus on scheduling and calendaring hearing depositions and mediations.


• Preparation and organization of a variety of documents, forms, charts, letters, etc.


• Mailings, filings, and assembling witness files


• Preparation for depositions, and deposition/medical summaries


• Preparation for hearings; document production
