Base Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm
Location: N9234 Lake Park Road, Appleton WI 54915

As our Biller, you will:

• Coordinate with Customer Service, Manufacturing, and Sales to obtain information related to customer accounts and orders. Apply applicable discounts, special rates, or credit terms to invoices.
• Validate information provided by Customer Service that supports invoice creation.
• Prepare summarized invoices containing amount due, type of services performed, etc., which supports backup provided.
• Audit and reconcile GL accounts.
• Work with various internal customers on billing that crosses multiple divisions.
• Performs other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Associates degree in Accounting OR 2-4 years of relevant administrative/operational support in manufacturing operations or office environment directly related to the duties of the job
• Good knowledge of general administrative/manufacturing operations procedures and knowledge of job specific processes to successfully execute and complete the more progressive/complex duties of the job.
• Ability to follow company policy and understand any rules and regulations governing the work being completed and impact work has on the department or company.
• Proficient in software programs such as MS Office and advanced Excel or similar programs.
• Good knowledge of multiple functions or areas of the business in which there is frequent contact while completing daily work assignments of the job.
• Good oral and written communication skills and good organizational skills
