Job Description
Hydraulic Supply Company (HSC), a division of, is seeking a Branch Manager to lead, develop, and drive a key support branch in the Retail and Service business segment of HSC. Responsibilities:
Lead the branch sales support team responsible for providing retail and service to local market
Assist in servicing customers through familiarity and knowledge of products
Ensure customer service is a focal point of every interaction
Full responsibility for hiring, building, training, and evaluating the branch team, as well as driving accountability
Work closely with the outside sales group to develop and grow the business
Work with other Branch Managers to share knowledge, identify best practices, and cultivate opportunities to grow
Analyze inventory for opportunities to increase turns and grow sales
Prioritize tasks, coordinate work flow, and shift resources as necessary to support customers
Identify training needs of the team and coordinate as necessary
Set goals and track measures across the team
Responsible for maintaining audit and inventory performance at branch
Monitor and identify opportunities to improve financial performance
Implement and ensure all safety guidelines are followed
Maintain key relationships with other internal managers
Knowledge of different hoses and thread configurations a plus
Industrial sales experience a plus
Basic hydraulic knowledge a plus
Epicor P21 experience a plus
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
