The Project Manager position seeks to understand the client's business needs and exceed expectations in delivery and value using standard project management methodology.



What You'll Do



• Lead individuals, teams, or multiple groups


• Propose a plan that leverages a client's existing project management framework and work collaboratively with their client to manage and deliver to the plan


• Work within both business and technical spaces


• Ability to build client knowledge and credibility quickly


• Establish and maintain rapport with key account decision makers and influencers


• Define project tasks and resource requirements; assemble and coordinate project staff


• Develop full-scale project plans, risk assessments, change control, and progress reports


• Ensure high quality of deliverables and high levels of client satisfaction


• Report, manage, mitigate project issues, risks, and escalations, and ensure deliverable signoff


• Ensure and oversee launch of fully-functional deliverables on time, within budget, and within agreed-upon scope

• 5+ years in complex project management


• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base pay range is $60 to $70. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
