Job Description:

Infosys is seeking a Principal- PLM Consulting & Transformation Leader, In this role you will engage with clients' business stakeholders / IT & Digital leaders to position and deliver our PLM services & solutions.
As an Advisor , you should be comfortable working with our clients on their PLM transformation strategies. You will analyze capabilities, processes, people, systems, etc. and identify gaps by focusing on not only increasing short-term performance, but also meeting their long-term strategic objectives. You will be a thought leader in PLM and conversant with partners ecosystem and competitive strategies.
As an Orchestrator , you will drive PLM-led business transformations to deliver measurable value and outcomes. You will engage with on-site Business and IT stakeholders to drive consensus and coordinate transformations across projects' work streams (such as: Configuration, Organization & Change Management, Value Realization, etc.). You will work closely with the globally distributed development team to mitigate risks and maximize project's outcomes for the client. Required Qualifications:
• Candidate must be located within the United States. This position may require travel in the US.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 14 years of Information Technology experience
• Experience with PLM Consulting & Transformation

Preferred Qualifications:
• At least 14 years experience in PLM, with a focus on strategy, development, implementation, and optimization
• Strong consulting and advisory skillsets including analytical capabilities, workshops facilitation, ability to synthesize content and translate it into sound recommendations and deliverables
• Proven track record of leading successful PLM initiatives with globally distributed teams and in a complex, multi-site environment
• Strong understanding of PLM principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., PTC Windchill, Siemens Teamcenter, Dassault Systèmes ENOVIA).
• Experience in vertical industries, specifically in Discrete Manufacturing, Automotive, Food & Beverage, Industrial Products, Aerospace & Defense
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Act globally as SDC PLM Expert ; serve as a subject matter expert on PLM best practices, emerging technologies, and industry trends.
• Develop and implement comprehensive PLM strategies aligned with clients' organizational goals and objectives
• Lead cross-functional teams to define, design, and deploy PLM solutions that streamline processes and enhance product development efficiency
• Support sales team in developing PLM opportunities and work with sales teams to develop client proposals
• Collaborate with key stakeholders across client's departments to gather requirements, identify opportunities, and address challenges
• Partner with Engineering teams to evaluate, select, and implement PLM software solutions that meet the needs of the business
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and innovation
• Establish KPIs and metrics to measure effectiveness of PLM initiatives and track progress over time
Stay abreast of regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to PLM
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
