Administrative Assistant Position Summary:



We are currenlty adding an Administrative Assistant to our team - this position has the potention to be part-time or full-time.


The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for welcoming all arriving guests, answering main phone line, coordination of workplace events, data entry and projects/tasks for cross funcitonal teams, reporting and administering special projects.



Responsibilities




Administrative AssistantResponsibilities:


  • Greet visitors in a welcoming manner and ensures the security of the guest process and coordination of visitors
  • Work on various projects such as ERP system reporting, capacity models, document management and filing, edit/create basic work instructions as assigned by the Leadership team (operations, sales/marketing, engineering, HR, Safety, Finance)
  • Prepare documents and presentations for company board meetings
  • Coordinate Cretex University activities by communicating and coordinating with instructors, managers. and employees
  • Coordinate and manage Cretex wide events, including the Cretex Medical Conference
  • Coordinate corporate workplace events, programs and coordination of team meetings
  • Manage ordering and stocking of office supplies and maintenance of office equipment and break/meeting areas
  • Ensure administrative business systems are implemented, maintained, and functioning properly
  • Distribution of incoming calls
  • Coordination of outgoing and distribution of incoming mail
  • Support and comply with the company Quality System, ISO, and medical device requirements
  • Read, understand, and follow work instructions and standard work
  • Ensure business systems are implemented, maintained, and functioning properly
  • Participate in required company meetings
  • Maintain an organized work area (5S)
  • Participate in the Operational Excellence Program and administration of Quck Win platform
  • Complete all other work duties as assigned
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment


Qualifications




Minimum Requirements, Education & Experience


  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) degree
  • Prevoius relavent administrative work experience required
  • Microsoft Office experience and proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher)
  • Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Must have schedule flexibility




Physical & Environmental Demands:



Cretex Medical use cutting oils, solvents, and other chemicals in the manufacturing process. Testing is conducted on a periodic basis to ensure that all chemicals are kept well below the OSHA permissible exposure levels.
