Primary duties include managing day to day fleet operations.
Running fleet reports, assigning vehicles, ensuring all PM's are scheduled and completed for all fleet vehicles.
Work closely with Vehicare shop to ensure all PO's are approved and completed in a timely manner.
Maintain Structure and approval summaries.
Receiving new vehicles and remarketing vehicles when they have reached the end of life.

Contract Duration: 12 months to extension

RESPONSIBILITIES
Other responsibilities include providing backup to the Office Administrator with clerical and administrative duties.
Duties to include filing, data entry, data management, scheduling, and providing general support to staff.
Day to day management of the office.
QUALIFICATIONS
Display effective verbal and written communication skills.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with peers, across different teams and departments, 3rd parties, and outside officials.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and desire to learn additional systems.
Ability to multi-task with a strong focus on detail.
