Are you a Theologian or a Pastoral Ministries professional looking to join an amazing Student Life team? If so, this position may be for you. This position is responsible for overseeing spiritual development, liturgical/prayer, and service opportunities for students. The Director plays an integral role in developing a positive and involved campus community to promote student flourishing and success. Practices and events/activities will be rooted in the Roman Catholic and Mercy traditions while at the same time creating a welcoming environment for students of all faith expressions.

Lead initiatives that raise awareness about social justice issues within the context of Catholic social teaching and the Critical Concerns of the Sisters of Mercy.
Foster partnerships with local community organizations to create meaningful service opportunities for the college community.
Support and mentor student leaders involved in campus ministry activities.
Our Ideal Candidate's Education and Experience Include:
Master's degree strongly preferred in Pastoral Ministry, Divinity, Theology, or related field with 2-4 years of experience.
This Position Is Responsible For:
Create, plan, and facilitate programming and events for Spiritual Formation.
Facilitate Co-Curricular Service and Community Engagement.
Coordinate liturgical programming.
Provide leadership for social justice advocacy.
Supervise Campus Ministry work-study students and peer ministers.
