General Manager Responsibilities
Ensure every guest receives only the best food and service in a polished and sparkling clean atmosphere
Keep a consistent focus on training and growth and a relentless passion for quality
Lead daily shift meetings to ensure the whole team understands the vision and direction for the day
Be passionate to deliver beyond what is expected
General Manager Qualifications
Have the ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment -- always hands-on
2-4 years experience in a General Manager role in fast-casual or casual dining
A passion for loving the guest and is hospitality-focused
Preference of no more than 2 jobs in 5 years
