Senior Tax Accountant - We are looking for a talented CPA in the tax space, who has a desire to learn the financial advisory and investments industry.
A successful candidate will work closely with clients who already invest with the firm on accounting, finance, tax issues and tax advisory, while growing their knowledge of investments and wealth advisory.
Duties/Responsibilities
Communicate with and advise high net-worth individuals and small business owners who invest with the firm on important tax issues and accounting best practice
Review of clients files and general ledgers and delivery of analysis to client.
Maintain and organize digital and physical financial records
Assess all business transactions and prepare accurate reports on your findings
Coordinate with employees on income tax research and planning.
Required Skills/Abilities:
CPA preferred, not required.
3+ years of client facing tax experience.
Comfortable with professional communication, both verbal and written.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field required
