Join our Financial Services Compliance team to lead the Global Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) team for the world's largest retailer. The Senior Director, Financial Intelligence Unit - AML/Financial Services Compliance role is critical to challenging existing procedures and serving as a liaison with third party vendors and internal Global Investigations partners.


The Senior Director, Financial Intelligence Unit - AML/Financial Services Compliance will oversee AML and Fraud investigations, regulatory reporting, SAR processing and collaborate with internal investigations teams across the globe.

• Identify opportunities to streamline FIU processes for improved efficiency and effectiveness


• Drive quality in AML and Fraud investigations


• Manage capacity to ensure timely alert


• Create strategies for global AML and Fraud investigations


• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

What you'll bring...

• Proven success building and/or running an FIU


• Seasoned people leader


• Cross-border experience in AML and/or Fraud investigations


• Experience with FinTech or a Money Services Business


• Process-minded and technology-minded


• Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders


• Experience preparing responses for and participating in internal testing, audit, principal, and regulatory reviews of the program

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00-$260,000.00

Minimum Qualifications...

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 5 years' experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area OR 7 years' experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area. 4 years' supervisory experience. 5 years' experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
