Responsibilities
Analyzes and presents data on business, production, and market trends to management.
Proposes solutions and discusses market strategies.
Collaborates on policy and goal setting with senior management.
Designs and updates product assurance program.
Reviews reports and drafts budgets with senior management.
Conducts meetings to set policies and objectives.
Addresses technical issues and suggests solutions.
Meets with vendors to assess quality standards.
Advises on quality assurance for products.
Stays updated on industry developments.
Requirements
Certification for HACCP, SQF and CPO within 1 year if not already certified
Bachelors Degree or equivalent; minimum four years related experience and/ or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
GMP & PPE REQUIRED
Food safety experience
Responsible for following all general food safety requirements
