Description:
Efficiently manage multiple customer orders, associated tasks, and projects
Take ownership of the profitability of each customer order transaction
Foster positive relationships with customers and suppliers
Meet required customer ship dates with diligence
Oversee order completion through the invoicing stage
Accurately and promptly process orders and quotations
Provide quotation copies to field sales reps
Collaborate closely with field sales to meet customer needs (quotations, pricing, project work, product research, expediting)
Maintain up-to-date customer cross-reference and customer contract pricing
Position Requirements:
Must have ERP systems experience
Mechanical aptitude is preferred but not required
Knowledge of rotating equipment, seals, and packing is strongly preferred
