Target Experience
Minimum 5-7 years in a production role with an emphasis on commercial excess & surplus lines business (prefer retail, wholesale or MGA experience focused on property, casualty or professional lines).
Strong knowledge of the independent agency channel in Colorado.
Previous experience as a team leader, supervisor or manager, P&L leadership preferred.
Bachelor's and relevant industry designations.
