At LHH, we are seeking an experienced Site Controller to join a team up north of the Twin Cities. This position will oversee all financial aspects for this plant location including analysis, forecasts, budgeting and reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong cost accounting background and have prior experience working in a manufacturing plant. Responsibilities
Maintain and enforce accounting policies and procedures through the documented system
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of inventory transactions, fixed assets, and internal controls
Strong cost background
Ensure standard procedures with month end, financial analysis, daily transactions
Direct monthly close process, purchase price variance analysis, production variance analysis
Collaborate with corporate team and variety of departments to succeed on key initiatives
Oversee a team of one with expansion opportunity
Qualifications
8+ years of Accounting and Finance experience
CPA or CMA preferred
Strong cost accounting experience in the plant manufacturing space
Education
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance
Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate and present financial data to partnership and work with external accounting firm
Leadership attributes, and or supervisory experience
Able to multi-task and meet deadlines
Collaborate with employees in a variety of departments and build key initiatives
Compensation/Benefits
$100,000-120,000 + bonus
