Achieve sales goals by channel by monitoring item performance, inventory levels, competitive landscape, promotional opportunities, and seller health of each channel. Provide leadership and insights for Ecommerce planning team, ensuring forecast and reporting accuracy and inventory prep is executed to meet customer demand. Partner with P&A to place warehouse inventory fence to deliver Ecommerce and Marketplace business plans. Optimize inventory allocation to fully utilize Enterprise Fulfillment. Drive Marketplace business, including opportunities for business development expansion. Collaborate with 3rd party agencies to manage feeds. Analyze opportunities for growth and execute enhancements to achieve sales targets. Manage, develop, and inspire team that is executing day-to-day activities.
Drive growth and expansion, including any expansion to new platforms. Manage catalog updates and identify opportunities to drive revenue. Maintain touchpoints with SB leadership, marketing and partner teams.
Manage and develop team on analytics and reporting on channel, brand, category, promotion, and item level details.
Provide day-to-day support between Ecommerce, Digital Product, IT and Analytics teams to report, respond to, escalate, and resolve customer issues across the website & post order experience. Partner with Digital Operations and Director of Ecommerce to prioritize performance and other opportunities for growth.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in digital commerce, IT, Merchandising
3-5 years related ecommerce or product experience preferably with a multi-channel retailer
3-5 years related business planning and forecasting experience (Merchandise Planner, Buyer, or Finance)
2+ years of experience with Amazon Vendor and Seller central
Knowledge of E-Commerce solutions such as Salesforce, Channel Advisor, Jungle Scout
Experience with Digital Analytics with Google Analytics, Quantum Metrics, or Adobe
Experience with BI, SQL or Tableau reporting
