We are looking for a warm and welcoming receptionist to add to our team at McCord’s Vancouver Toyota. This individual would be responsible for greeting clients, answering phones, attending to lobby appearance, stocking complementary guest items, and assisting in light administrative duties. The right individual will be able to work well in a fast-paced environment while providing excellent customer service.

Job Duties:
Responsible for answering and attending to incoming calls and call transfers to the appropriate department or individual
Check voicemail and return calls
Responsible for greeting clients
Responsible for delivery of license plates
Responsible for maintenance of the coffee, coffee machine, and associated supplies
Responsible for general cleanliness of the lobby and customer areas
Responsible for providing customer guidance, support, and assistance
Call clients regarding license plates
Make copies for sales department
Notify appropriate personnel for any maintenance issues reported
Send emails to Sales Consultants upon guest arrival
Responsible for escorting guests as needed, to the appropriate department or person to assist them
Responsible for Thank you letters for the sales team
Assistance in resolving client concerns and dealership questions
Refers all concerns to lead receptionist, manager, or appropriate manager as required
Each employee is expected to represent Vancouver Toyota in a professional manner at all times.
Any other duties as assigned by manager
Qualifications:
1-2 years of front desk experience
Phone experience
Friendly demeanor and positive attitude
Ability to work quickly and effectively as needed
Attention to detail
Ability to attend scheduled shifts on time
Follow-through regarding any client concern
Multi-line experience
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Excellent problem solving and interpersonal skills
