Customer Service Specialist - Flint, MI


Responsibilities:

• Participate in low to moderately complex initiatives related to Customer Service.


• Identify opportunities for process improvements.


• Review and analyze basic or tactical Customer Service assignments.


• Conduct research, evaluate alternatives, and recommend solutions.


• Present recommendations for resolving low to moderately complex situations.


• Exercise independent judgment while adhering to function-specific policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Customer Service, Financial Services, or Contact Center experience.


• Equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting, training, military experience, or education.
