Salary: $110.00 USD Hourly - $140.00 USD Hourly

Description: Our client is currently seeking a OB/GYN Physician in Mountain View, CA!! This is a full time position with one of the nation's leading healthcare providers!

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Ensure that patient encounters meet the needs of the patient and their family


• Ensure timely response to calls/pages


• Support community physicians and midwives through clinical assistance as requested including practice coverage as requested and as safely available


• Participate in hospital meetings (e.g. department meetings, peer review, quality improvement)


• Active involvement in the daily activities of the labor and delivery unit


• Reinforce the clinical aspects of OBHG value proposition at the hospital


• Collaborate with team lead, MDO, and DHO to ensure that clinical services are meeting hospital objectives and expectations


• Arrive on time for assigned coverage periods


• Work with the team to ensure that there is 100% schedule coverage at assigned site

Requirements:

• Board Certified Ob/Gyn Physician


• Licensed to practice medicine in the state of assigned site


• Highly relational, able to build strong rapport and positive working relationship with all stakeholders (Hospital leadership, hospitalist teams, nurses, staff physicians, and OBHG corporate staff)


• Team oriented, service minded, goal focused individual who believes in OBHG's mission


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Skills/Credentials/Experience/Education

• Significant experience with obstetrical emergency care


• Mental and Physical Demands (per ADA guidelines)
