BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Program Manager IV
for a Seattle WA
- Onsite opportunity.




Position Title: Program Manager IV



Location: Seattle WA



Anticipated Start Date: May 27th 2024

Expected Duration: [12 Months with possibility of extension]



Job Type: Contract - [FULL TIME (40 Hours a week)]



Pay Range: [$85/hr] - [$90/hr]


Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).


Responsibility:


Structure and maintain Team wiki, shareserver


Draft team documentation templates and formats


Provide team operation strategy.


Support daily logistics.


Help polishing drawing for better presentation and documentation.


Budget planning and tracking


OKR planning and tracking, reporting.


Required skills:


7+ years' experience


Experienced on documentation tools such as microsoft office, google doc, slide, and experience design document templates.


Good writing/verbal communication skills


Faster self-learner


Experience with wiki, task management tool editing.


Web design experience, be able to making script / code changes


Photoshop and drawing tool (microsoft Visio, Lucid chart) experience.


Nice to have database experience.


Skill at data visualization


Experience in budget planning, tracking and analysis.


Experience on operational strategy management.


Top 3 must-have HARD skills:


Experience in budget planning, tracking and analysis.


Experience on operational strategy management.


Experienced on documentation tools such as microsoft office, google doc, slide, and experience design document templates.
